Do you want to become
- more present and productive in your daily life,

- kinder, both to yourself and others,
- better able to make and stick to healthier life choices,
- better equipped to deal with life's inevitable ups and downs?
Past students say:
'In the past I struggled with things like meditation. I found it too hard to let go. Jenny eased me in gently and helped guide me to a place I'm comfortable with. I highly recommend Jenny. Her knowledge, expertise and demeanor are exceptional. I feel completely comfortable with her. I'm now an advocate for mindfulness and wholeheartedly believe everyone should have a Jenny in their life.'

FAQs
I'm not at all spiritual, is this for me?
Yes! While I personally am a spiritual person, mindfulness is a secular practice for people of all faiths and none.
I've never meditated before / I've tried meditating and I can't do it / I don't like meditating. Is this course for me?
Yes! There's no experience needed. And there's no such thing as not being able to meditate. While we might not like it at times, this is completely normal. It gets easier and easier, just like any other kind of training. We approach meditation with kindness and curiosity.
